Hourly sessions
£575 for 5 sessions
What would it be worth to finally stop waking in the dead of night, feel more confident again in work meetings and be in control of your own life again?
Our sessions last an hour and are either online or face to face if you are local to Edinburgh or East Lothian.
We go at your pace but a typical client would spread out the hourly sessions across two months.
You aren't just stressed. You're at the point where misplacing your house keys feels like the end of the world. You aren't just tired, you're exhausted but find yourself doom scrolling at midnight because it's the only time nobody is asking you for something.
